Bar~On
Ranch is nestled in beautiful Cache Valley 100
miles north of Salt Lake City, Utah.
Our mission here at the Bar~On Ranch is
to continue the Wiescamp Tradition and provide a
Quality sire that will give breeders an
opportunity to become a part of this family of
Wiescamp Horses.
Following the Wiescamp tradition we raised
quality horses & Skipper-W bred Paint and
Quarter Horses for 35 years.
Our horses carried the bloodlines of
Silent Print, St Strate, St Sheila,
Surenuffskippa, Spanish Skill, Spanish Ruler,
Spanish Grant, Skip A Nurse, Skippa Bar On,
Silent Leta, Silent Bid, Mexicali Desire, Skippa
Company, Skips Medley, Skippa Colt, Skippa
Cruse, Surenufftwister, Skipa Star Lad, Skippas
Hope, Skippa Star Jr, Skipa Star On, Skips Red
Head, Skip N Sample, and Still A Lady.
In
August 2002 we had a complete dispersal sale.
All (67) head of horses including four St
Sheila daughters were sold. However, there was
one exception.
He was the Best horse we had ever
owned and one of the closest to the trunk of the
tree that ever came out of Alamosa, Colorado.
We could not bring ourselves to part with
this Special young stallion.
He was a 1999 buckskin stallion by the
name of "Skippoleon".
He is sired by Skips Napoleon and out of
St Robin QH, one of the Best St Sheila
daughters.
Skips
Napoleon is pictured on the cover of "The
Hank Wiescamp Story" with Hank.
We
are grateful for the opportunity to be part of
the Wiescamp Family of horses.
A limited amount of Skippoleon's frozen
semen will be available for you and me and all
the rest.
